You will be working at a different house every day, which keeps things interesting and makes days go by fast. Many of the properties we work on are beautiful and inspiring. It is a physical job but you won’t get too dirty, you’ll still go home at the end of the day with a clean uniform on.
Work with a leadership team who values your ideas and input. Because you will be out in the field interacting with customers, your ideas and decisions are key to our success. Our servant leaders focus on how to make you a success both on and off the job.

Begin as a window cleaning technician making $15-$17 per hour plus bonuses.

The job is Monday through Friday because work/life balance is key.
One day a week the entire company will start the day together and discuss customer service, safety, and ways to improve.
Typical work week is 40 hours but some are shorter and some are longer.
Because we place such an emphasis on our company culture, we are very careful and selective with who we hire. We have a special and unique privilege of choosing who we work with, and not everyone is a good fit.
The ideal candidate is someone who likes working outside, finds physical work rewarding, enjoys a small amount of customer interaction, and gets along well with others.
